What is SAQ?
SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness) is the industry standard for training athletes in all types of sports to run with proper form, practice different movements and enhance their footwark needed in sports.  It helps the athlete enhance their capabilities and skills at much faster speeds.

Why should athletes do SAQ training off-season?
Performing SAQ training off season will only help the athlete perform at their peak in-season.  Training is important to the athlete in increasing balance, agility, coordination, reaction times and first step explosion.

Can all athletes improve performance on the field?
All athletes, when sticking with a training regimen, will increase their performance on the field.  You can always tell who has been trained properly and who has not been trained at all.

What is included in an SAQ training session?
Sports specific drills at different lengths and distances between objects that are performed to develop core muscle groups and the neuromuscular paths that control any athletic movement.

When can someone start SAQ training?
You can start children as early as 6 years old.  Programs show that starting children at that age help with the transition to more complex drills at a later age, which equates to a much higher athletic performance on the field.

Does SAQ training actually work?
Indeed it does.  ON average, most athletes have been able to shave 0.2 to 0.3 seconds off their times, increase their vertical leap by increasing explosive power and increase their agility and footwork.

How does the All Sport Measuring Tape help?

It helps set up drills at accurate distances and spaces between objects.

Why is it important to have such precise measurements?
Accurate measurements will give athletes the confidence in knowing that the times they achieve in practice are what they can realistically expect when it comes down to the wire in a true competitive setting.
